Natacha founded Neomark, which she renamed Laidebeur & Partners. She is a European Trademark Attorney and has been advising clients in a wide range of sectors, including personal services, automotive, start-ups, etc. for many years. She is involved in defining the protection strategy and managing the filing procedures for the various rights, in particular trademarks and designs. She is also a specialist in domain names.<\/p>\n\t

Olivier Laidebeur<\/h2>\n

After working for a software publisher and a company in the luxury sector, Olivier joined a company in the industrial sector. For 20 years, he then developed the activity of a Luxembourg firm of industrial property attorneys. Today, he advises numerous clients in the IT, consulting, chemical, industrial, and service sectors. He is in charge of valuations and drafting contracts for our clients.<\/p>\n

Vanessa has over 15 years of experience in protecting industrial property rights, monitoring filing procedures, and managing trademarks, patents, and designs, as well as filing software copyrights worldwide. She also specializes in registering changes of ownership, licenses, and transfers of intellectual property rights.<\/p>\n\t

Simon has a law degree from the Universit\u00e9 Catholique de Louvain. He is responsible for filing and monitoring your trademark, patent and design protection, both nationally and internationally. Oana Boncea<\/h2>\n

Oana Boncea holds a degree in Chemistry (with a specialization in Inorganic Chemistry) and a Master’s degree in the Chemistry of Medicinal and Cosmetic Products. She works as a Romanian and European patent attorney, drafting, filing, and prosecuting patent applications (national, European, and PCT) in various fields, including chemistry, pharmaceuticals, and computer-implemented inventions, while also advising her clients in administrative and court litigation. Since 2012, she has been a tutor with the European Patent Institute (epi) and CEIPI, coordinator of tutors in the Candidate Support Program for the European Qualifying Examination, and is highly active in training future patent attorneys.<\/p>\n\t

Ariana Bald\u00e9 holds a secondary-school diploma as a technician in administration and commerce.
